Those with a high self-esteem believe they have nothing to lose by trying the online dating scene. Whereas the low self-esteem believes they have more to lose since they put a self-worth value on having a relationship. Does that make sense? In layman’s terms, if you think highly of yourself, it is not going to be detrimental to you on an online dating site. Compared to a person with low self-esteem who signs up and gets very few clicks on their profile. This will likely make them feel worse about themselves.
